1. Who we are
Newral Investment Group, LLC ("Newral," "we," "our," "us") is a North Carolina limited liability company operating an off-market real-estate acquisition and wholesale marketing platform. Our office is at 5306 Six Forks Rd, Suite 107, Raleigh, NC 27609.
2. Information we collect
You give us directly
- Name, email address, phone number, mailing address
- Property information you submit (address, condition, asking price, photos)
- Buyer-criteria information (target markets, budget, deal types)
- Communications you send us (chat, email, SMS, voice messages)
Collected automatically
- Device, browser, operating system, IP address (truncated for analytics)
- Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8)
From third parties
- Public-record property and ownership data (county records, MLS where available)
- Skip-trace data we license from compliant data providers, used only for outreach to property owners with a legitimate business interest
- Identity-verification data when you sign up to our acquisition platform
3. How we use your information
- To match you with properties (buyers) or buyers (sellers)
- To send transactional and account communications
- To send marketing communications you opt in to (email and SMS)
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud
- To improve the platform, measure performance, and develop new features
4. Legal bases (GDPR / similar regimes)
Where applicable, we rely on: contract performance (account & transactions), consent (marketing email/SMS, cookies), legitimate interests (property-owner outreach, platform security, analytics), and legal obligation (tax, AML, complaint records).
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share with:
- Service providers under written contract: hosting (Hivelocity), payments (Stripe), email/SMS infrastructure (Twilio, SMTP relay), analytics, customer support tooling.
- Buyers/sellers in a deal only where you've authorized the connection or submitted a property to our buyer network.
- Legal & safety recipients when required by subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
6. SMS / text messaging (Twilio A2P 10DLC)
Newral uses Twilio's Application-to-Person (A2P 10DLC) messaging registered to Newral Investment Group, LLC. Specifics:
- What we send: property leads, buyer matches, listing status updates, account notifications, and (with separate consent) marketing.
- How you opt in: by submitting a form on this site that includes our SMS-consent disclosure, or by texting our published number with the keyword JOIN.
- How you opt out: reply STOP to any message, anytime. We honor STOP immediately and remove your number from outbound SMS.
- Help: reply HELP for assistance or contact info@newralproperties.com.
- Frequency: message volume varies; you should expect transactional sends + up to a few marketing messages per week.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.
- Quiet hours: we send no marketing SMS outside 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. recipient local time.
- Carriers: we don't share or sell your mobile information or opt-in/consent data with third parties for their own marketing use.
7. Email (CAN-SPAM)
Every marketing email includes our physical mailing address and a working unsubscribe link. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days and never re-add an unsubscribed address without renewed consent.
8. Cookies & tracking
We use a small set of cookies and similar technologies for: keeping you signed in, remembering preferences, measuring traffic, and (with consent where required) marketing attribution. You can control cookies in your browser. EU/UK visitors will see a consent banner before non-essential cookies are set.
9. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, plus any period required by law (e.g., financial records: 7 years; SMS consent records: at least the duration of consent + 4 years).
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, others), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or limit processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@newralproperties.com with the request and enough information to verify identity. We respond within 30 days.
11. Children
Newral is not directed to children under 13 (US) or 16 (EEA/UK). We don't knowingly collect data from those minors. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, access controls, audit logging, and regular dependency scanning. No system is perfect; if we discover a breach affecting you we will notify you in line with applicable law (e.g., GDPR's 72-hour regulator window).
13. International transfers
We process data in the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, you consent to that transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
14. Changes
We post changes here with an updated "Effective" date. Material changes will be notified by email or a prominent notice on the site.
