Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Newral when you use our acquisition platform and marketing services.

1. Acceptance

By using newralproperties.com, our acquisition platform, or our SMS/email communications (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

2. Who we are & what we are not

Newral Investment Group, LLC operates an off-market real-estate acquisition and wholesale marketing platform. Newral is not a licensed real estate brokerage. We do not represent buyers or sellers in fiduciary capacity, do not list properties on the MLS, and do not collect commissions. Our principal holds a North Carolina real estate broker license individually; that license is held separately and is not used in Newral's wholesale transactions, in compliance with NC law (NCGS Chapter 93A).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction. Buyer-list applicants represent that they have or can secure proof of funds.

4. Listings & property submissions

  • You represent you have the right to list any property you submit.
  • You're responsible for accuracy of property facts (address, condition, title, occupancy).
  • Newral may reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates law or our content standards.
  • Listing fees ($99 Basic / $149 Standard / $199 Premium) are paid via Stripe; see Section 8 for refund terms.
  • Photos uploaded must be yours or licensed to you; you grant Newral a non-exclusive right to display them on the platform and in marketing for your listing.

5. Buyer applications & deal flow

Submitting a buyer application is not a guarantee of approval, deal volume, or specific deal types. Properties shown are off-market opportunities sourced by Newral or our partners; Newral makes no representation about ARV, repair cost, or future market value — those numbers are estimates for evaluation, and you must perform your own due diligence (inspection, title, appraisal) before closing.

6. No investment, legal, or tax advice

Nothing on the Services is investment, legal, or tax advice. Real estate carries risk including total loss of capital. Consult licensed professionals before making decisions.

7. SMS & email communications

By providing your phone number you consent to receive transactional SMS from Newral; marketing SMS requires separate opt-in. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Email marketing is opt-in and includes an unsubscribe link in every message.

8. Payments & refunds

  • Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card data.
  • Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing is published, except where required by law or where Newral fails to deliver the listing service.
  • Refund requests: email info@newralproperties.com within 7 days of payment.
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension and a service fee equal to the chargeback amount.

9. Acceptable use

You may not: scrape the platform; submit false property info; use Newral to launder funds; harass other users; reverse-engineer the platform; circumvent fees; or use the Services in any way that violates law (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, fair housing, anti-discrimination, anti-money-laundering).

10. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and code are owned by Newral or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without written permission. Limited license to use the Services for their intended purpose is granted to you.

11. Third-party links & services

The Services may link to third-party sites (Stripe, Twilio, partner buyers) we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newral disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newral's total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Newral in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$100. Newral is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Newral harmless against claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate by closing your account; certain obligations (Sections 8, 10, 12–16) survive.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflicts of laws. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to that jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date will change. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
