Program purpose

Newral Properties LLC is a real estate investment and property services company operating in the North Carolina market. This SMS program supports communications with sellers, buyers, and tenants who have an active engagement with Newral Properties.

What messages we send

Two-factor authentication codes for staff and clients at newralproperties.com.
Property showing and inspection reminders when an appointment is booked through our intake forms.
Deal progress updates to sellers and buyers (offer accepted, inspection scheduled, closing date set).

Estimated message frequency: 2–6 messages per month while an engagement is active; no messages outside of an active engagement.

How to opt in

Opt-in is collected on two intake pages on the Newral Properties website:

Each form includes an SMS-notifications checkbox that is unchecked by default. The exact text of the consent statement is reproduced below verbatim:

The user must explicitly check the box and submit the form. The consent record (phone number, IP address, user agent, timestamp, verbatim opt-in text) is logged at the moment of submission.

Newral Properties: Your showing at 1542 Oak Ave is tomorrow at 11:00 AM. Reply YES to confirm. Reply STOP to opt out.
